Lineapelle Designers Edition takes centre stage in the heart of Milan

A decisive change of direction, a new creative geography. Lineapelle Designers Edition is leaving the Rho exhibition centre and moving into the vibrant heart of Milan, from 23 to 29 September 2025. Piazza Giuseppe Tomasi di Lampedusa and the Spazio Lineapelle will become the new epicentre of the event that celebrates leather as an iconic, inimitable and narrative material. No longer just a showcase, but an urban laboratory of ideas, style and cross-pollination. A symbolic and strategic gesture that brings leather into the very place where creative ferment is born: the streets of fashion and design.

Leather becomes the city

Now in its eighth edition, Lineapelle Designers Edition reinvents itself with a programme rich in fashion shows, installations and artistic crossovers. In the “Leather Fashion Hub” marquee, nine runway shows will present the Spring/Summer 2026 collections, which can be watched live on Lineapelle’s Instagram account and replayed at Spazio Lineapelle. On the catwalk will be 1972 DESA, AGG Anton Giulio Grande, Alberto Zambelli, Chronos Corps, LEONARDOVALENTINI | Laboratorio Riciclo Pelle, Lorenzo Seghezzi, Maragno, Marco Rambaldi and Mastewal. Alongside, Spazio Lineapelle will host presentations of accessories by both emerging and established brands, including Absent Findings, Amato Daniele, Biagini, Dienèe, DOYS, Dúběn, PabePabe and TVL | TheVerticaline. An ecosystem of creativity that transforms leather into poetry to be worn.

A cultural and educational platform

Promoted by UNIC – Italian Tanneries and Lineapelle, the event confirms its role as a platform for enhancing the value of leather and its interpreters. With more than 50 events and 9,000 guests at past editions, Lineapelle Designers Edition is enriched by collaborations with the Afro Fashion Association, Camera Moda Fashion Trust and international universities. “Lineapelle Designers Edition celebrates leather,” underlines Fulvia Bacchi, CEO of Lineapelle. “It tells the story of its beauty and versatility. It demonstrates its ability to stir emotions, to be transgressive, and to position itself, as always, as a fundamental material for the worlds of fashion, luxury and design.” A living project, then, in constant evolution, stimulating the exchange between creativity and experimentation.
