The fashion supply chain’s trade fair season has set off from Offenbach, Germany, and will arrive in Milan, making stops across every continent except Oceania. September is packed with events, including the Sustainable Leather Forum in Paris on 8 September. Here is a detailed look at all the fairs scheduled through to the end of the month.
The trade fair train
The journey began in Offenbach (pictured) with the 162nd edition of ILM (30 August – 1 September). Next comes Italian Fashion @ CPM in Moscow and Aymod in Istanbul, both running from 2 to 5 September. In China, from 2 to 4 September, Chic + Intertextile takes place in Shanghai, which also hosts ACLE – All China Leather Exhibition (3–5 September). Still in Asia, La Moda Italiana @ Centrestage is held in Hong Kong from 3 to 6 September. Back to Europe with the Paris–Milan axis: in the French capital, Who’s Next & Bijorhca, Interfilière and Neonyt take place from 6 to 8 September. In Milan, from 7 to 9 September, the spotlight is on Micam, Mipel and TheOneMilano.
From Spain to Milan
The second half of the month opens in Spain with Momad in Madrid (11–13 September) and continues in Munich with Essenz (13–15 September). Across the Atlantic, New York hosts Coterie and Magic, both scheduled from 14 to 16 September. Then back to Europe: Première Vision in Paris (16–18 September), before Milan takes centre stage with Fashion & Jewels (20–23 September), Lineapelle and Simac Tanning Tech (23–25 September). The month closes with the White show, running from 25 to 28 September.
Not forgetting fashion weeks
Fashion weeks merit a separate chapter (and calendar). The Spring-Summer 2026 fashion shows will take place in Tokyo (1-6 September), New York (11-16 September), London (18-22 September) and Milan (23-29 September). As usual, the grand finale will be in Paris from 29 September to 7 October.
