Much buzz for German fairs: Berlin event is gearing up, Essenz footwear show changes 2019 dates, ILM sold out

While waiting for Berlin’s upcoming Fashion Week (scheduled on July 3-7), which is going to gather several exhibitions, such as Premium, Panorama, Show&Order, Bright, Seek, Playtime, Selvedge Run, Greenshowroom and Ethical Fashion Show, German fairs are gearing up for the next future. Essenz, the footwear exhibition that takes place in Munich, twice a year, announced 2019 dates: on March 24-26 and September 22-24. The September edition will go on one week ahead, compared to 2018 scheduled event (on the agenda from September 30 to October 2), simultaneously with the Oktober Fest and, most of all, with Moda Made in Italy, the fashion show event organized by Assocalzaturifici (the association of Italian footwear manufacturers). Sold out, as usual, for ILM, the leather goods fair that will take place in Offenbach on September 1-3: around 300 exhibitors and 6,000 visitors are going to show up. Exhibit spaces (which extend across an area of about 13,000 square meters) are fully packed, point out from the organization secretary. They will therefore set up an additional space, for 20 more exhibitors, at Capitol theatre, close to the fair location.
