Paris Haute Couture, a different leather for every identity: traveller, global, sophisticated, classic

Different styles, different solutions, different personalities. For all that, there is a suitable leather. In Paris, on the week of Haute Couture (July 2-6), various fashion houses have taken their creations, each with their compromise between tradition and innovation. For Dior, Maria Grazia Chiuri has conjugated elegance and originality with a collection dedicated to the global and traveller’s part of her audience, with shoes illustrated by maps and references to the most adventurous tourism. Something similar also appeared on the Schiaparelli catwalk with Bertrand Guyon with shiny boots and under the knee, and the ideal outfit for a determined woman. Fendi, whose collection recalled the sweet flower power season and the 60s with abundant fur collars of all colours. Maison Margiela, however, amazed with golden leather cowboy boots with metallic trim.
