Even in a time of crisis, there are those who continue to invest – not just in new openings or acquisitions, but in their own workforce. That’s why the news that Tecnica Group is rewarding its 320 employees is a ray of hope. The Italian company, a world leader in the production of sports footwear, has signed a new agreement with trade unions. The deal introduces significant measures in support of workers at the company’s headquarters in Giavera del Montello (province of Treviso), aiming to enhance skills, wellbeing, and the work-life balance, with financial incentives linked to the achievement of specific targets.
Tecnica Group rewards its 320 employees
As reported by Il Mattino di Padova, from 2025 to 2027, employees will be eligible for an annual performance bonus, increasing from EUR 1,100 to EUR 1,250 gross, upon achieving company targets. The agreement also includes an additional contribution to supplementary pensions for those enrolled, going beyond what is required by the national contract. The reward system will be based on profitability, efficiency, and safety, recognising commitment and quality of work. Supported by Confindustria Veneto Est, the agreement will remain in effect until the end of 2027.
Concrete welfare measures
The agreement also introduces welfare provisions tailored to parents, carers, and young employees: part-time options for those with young children or dependent parents, leave for school meetings, extended bereavement leave to include in-laws, scholarships, and a EUR 250 bonus at the birth of a child. The “generational relay” scheme, which supports the transfer of skills from senior staff to new recruits, has also been confirmed. Chairman Alberto Zanatta emphasised the importance of building the future by focusing on people and social cohesion. “With this agreement, we want to invest even more in our people, because their talent, development, and wellbeing are the foundation on which we build our future”.
