Italian is better: Vans expand their Italian Leather Collection product line, “to meet the needs of their most demanding clients”

Vans are going to expand their Italian Leather Collection by adding the Old Skool iconic sample. The brand had already created the Sk8-Hi model, that is, high ankle sneakers in black, green and beige, with upper made of top quality Italian leather together with perforated openwork on tongue and ankle (the price is 125 dollars, about 100 euros a pair). Vans are now electing Italian leather for three more Old Skool LX models, available in the following colours: sky-blue, mango and artic. One pair costs 120 dollars (97 euros). Leather is smooth and milled grain. Vans have been boosting the added value of materials employed in their manufacturing. Hence, they highlight the quality and origin of their hides as they develop a premium product line “that aims to meet the needs of a very demanding clientele”.
