Tomaso Trussardi invests in accessories and founds Charming Goods

Tomaso Trussardi invests in leather accessories by founding Charming Goods. And, this way, as Affari & Finanza BY Repubblica comments, “he starts again from the leather processing that made the family fortune”. Trussardi, scion of the dynasty that started in 1911 from glove-making to create a total-look brand, for the new initiative moves in synergy with leather goods entrepreneur Andrea Bragantini.

So, Trussardi and Bragantini are starting out as 50-50 partners in Charming Goods. Trussardi appears in it as director and sole shareholder of All In One TT. Bragantini, for his part, appears as director and sole shareholder of Bra.Ve. No further details are known about the formation of the newco, nor are there any anticipations about its strategies. One can assume that Trussardi, who sees the family business (controlled by QuattroR) still facing a challenging scenario, is setting himself new goals. Bragantini is accompanying him in the adventure of Charming Goods, strengthened by the results of LCB Company. As Affari & Finanza writes, the company, which produces leather goods and owns the HTC brand, has 70 employees and a turnover (last available balance sheet: 2021) of 14.3 million euros.
