Artificial Intelligence: Ingenium (with Lineapelle) stops off in Milan

Lineapelle fully expresses the collaboration with Ingenium in promoting the cultural, industrial, qualitative, and creative heritage of Made in Italy and an entire supply chain”, said Stefano Galassi, co-founder of Ingenium and CEO of Limitless Innovation. Ingenium – Made in Italy Innovation Platform was launched last June with the support of MIMIT and immediately entered into an operational partnership with Lineapelle. The aim is to translate and transfer all aspects related to Artificial Intelligence to Lineapelle’s supply chain. All this starts from an extremely practical consideration: AI is already here, it will become increasingly prevalent, and it’s here to stay. It is better to equip ourselves in real time, as explained yesterday in Milan by Limitless Innovation (the brains behind Ingenium) in a double training event held at Spazio Lineapelle (in the morning, pictured) and Superstudio 13 (in the afternoon).

Ingenium with Lineapelle stops off in Milan

Working with Lineapelle, Galassi continues, “allows us, thanks to digital technology, to expand our reach to new user groups, improving our business and our opportunities to enter new markets. It also allows us to find new storytelling languages to recount our traditions, our heritage, and our orientation towards the future. The partnership with Lineapelle will not stop here, but is part of a broader strategic vision aimed at helping the entire supply chain, and we are honored to be able to do so together.”

Artificial Intelligence, instructions for use

There was a lot going on November 18th, in Milan. The morning session, at Spazio Lineapelle, welcomed a diverse audience of brands, universities, startups, investors, institutions, and technologists. The goal was to “share common values, needs, and plans in view of the major international event scheduled for April 2026, also in Milan”. In short, AI is the first item on the agenda for the Lineapelle supply chain. This is also because, as Ingenium explains, “Made in Italy is very strong in creativity, but fragile in the speed with which it adopts technology. Supply chains move at different speeds. Technology runs faster than companies. There is a lack of space where brands, SMEs, startups, universities, and corporate tech can collaborate in a structured way”. That’s why Ingenium is working with Lineapelle.

Afternoon session

The afternoon session of the Limitless training day was then held at Superstudio 13, in the Tortona area. A program packed with presentations and discussions explored the wide-ranging applications of Artificial Intelligence, from legal aspects—highly topical, given that all companies will have to deal with them—to those related to the creation/management of every image model for brand use. From stock management to AI support for the sales force. From generative content to collection development. In short, a lot of future and a lot of practicality: these are factors that have always characterized Lineapelle’s vision… to be continued.
