This is a real (and gigantic as well) concurrent business. “Carelessly” supported by buyers, it is going to undermine deeply social and manufacturing systems. According to a few estimates, in Europe fake products amount (in total) to 60 billion euros, in terms of costs, every year. Out of this quantity, losses in Italy reach 8.6 billion euros.
The MISE at the fair
Aiming to restate its leading and supporting role in the fight against counterfeiting, Lineapelle 97 welcomes the MISE, Italian Office for Patents and Trademarks. “We openly and firmly stand up against overflowing fake plague, while supporting legality”, they pointed out in a release. The stand is located at hall 24.
