Blessed Cucinelli: after 2025, he is even forecasting double-digit growth for 2026

Given the fourth quarter (“very, very positive”), the Brunello Cucinelli group expects to close its 2025 accounts at +11/12% at constant exchange rates and +10% at current rates. And that’s not all. While the high-end segment as a whole is navigating turbulent waters, the group founded by the Umbrian entrepreneur (pictured, Imagoeconomica) is also forecasting double-digit growth for 2026. A remarkable performance, especially as it can already announce that it has completed the 2024–2026 three-year plan to strengthen production in Italy.

The preliminary 2025 results

Cucinelli closed 2024 with a turnover of EUR 1.28 billion and net profit of EUR 128.5 million. In 2025, as noted, growth will be driven by a double-digit engine: according to Il Sole 24 Ore, the bar is being raised above EUR 1.4 billion. Although “from a geopolitical and therefore global economic perspective” next year “looks set to be even more complex”, the business newspaper notes, Cucinelli is nonetheless forecasting double-digit growth for 2026 thanks to the desirability and exclusivity it has managed to build. This means that the brand has also proved more resilient than the clouds cast over its Russian operations by some funds last September. Perhaps also with a view to reducing the free float, and on the back of the preliminary figures, Cucinelli has announced a buyback of 100,000 shares.
