As acquisitions go on, Veneto’s Peretti Group buy out 100% of Miura Tuscan tannery

A wind of leather tanning acquisitions does not calm down, as it keeps blowing in the area between Arzignano and Santa Croce sull’Arno. Peretti Group, one of the most important players in the leather tanning business, in Veneto district, announced they bought out the whole capital assets of Conceria Miura, a Tuscan tannery founded in 1971 by Massimo Bonaccorsi and “focused, thanks to rewarding accomplishments, on top quality manufacturing directed at the most prestigious international fashion houses”. As highlighted in a release, with such buyout “Peretti Group have moved a relevant step in their strategy, which aims to expand and reinforce their business; on top of that, they are going to strengthen their position alongside their ability to provide clients with excellence services, while keeping the companies’ identity and peculiar features unchanged though”.
