The Fashion Studio in via Brisa 3, alas, is in lockdown. But this does not slow down the hunger for knowledge of leather and, above all, the desire to satisfy it. Lineapelle’s educational offer for brands and schools doesn’t stop. Rather, in compliance with the precautionary measures necessary to combat the spread of Coronavirus, it moves into a digital environment. Since mid-March, LP Training has resumed activities with the most important national and international fashion institutes. The month of April marks the restart of training for the staff of brands worldwide.

Lineapelle’s training offer

Of course, the impossibility of showing classes the Fashion Studio’s boundless leather collection is an issue. But lessons are enriched by images and videos from LP’s digital archive: a way of showing in pixels the image and texture of the different leathers and the various processes. The frame of the Italian tanning industry, the technical and regulatory issues, the characteristics, applications and sustainability of Italian leather. The panel of topics represents a complete journey through leather. The program, ça va sans dire, is modulated by the teachers of LP, according to the needs of the public. There are two certainties: the quality of the Italian material and that of the teaching.
