Lineapelle New York: tomorrow and the day after, 125 exhibitors will be waiting for a response from the US market

After London, New York. Lineapelle’s network of international sneak previews flies across the Atlantic to open its exhibition stands in the Big Apple. In fact, Lineapelle New York 36th edition is about to take place at Metropolitan Pavilion, tomorrow and the day after, on July 17-18. Several exhibitors, 125 of them, will participate in the fair, whose agenda is going to be full of events: in addition to the usual fashion presentations, they will also hold “Know Your Leather”, a technical seminar curated by Lineapelle Training, alongside a fascinating creative journey, “Crafting Innovation”, set by Orietta Pellizzari, a fashion trend advisor. She will drive visitors across the different and various ways to match techniques and materials with fashion accessories, while looking at innovation currently underway. During the exhibition, the Genuine Italian Vegetable-Tanned Leather Consortium will present, in the USA as well, “The Tuscan Way. Vegetable leather: what is it about and what is its story?” seminar, held at Lineapelle London on July 10. They will also show the prototype works that won the last edition of Craft the Leather, an international contest. Such best models were first presented and assessed at Lineapelle94, which took place in Milan last February. Compared to Lineapelle London, which is a one-day-event mostly focused on style hints and creativity suggestions, Lineapelle New York has become, over nearly twenty years, an exhibition of paramount importance to pinpoint the evolution trends in the US market. When it comes to materials, they always pay much attention to quality, yet they also care about balanced prices, especially nowadays, as a wind of protectionism, blowing from America, is actually affecting the business relationship between The USA, on one side, and European Union and China, on the other.
