The superfair for fur and ready to wear, is soon going to be reality. Mifur and Mipap merge in The One, Milan, bi-annual event, organized by the fair body Mifur which starts with a basis of 300 participating companies. The first event is scheduled to be from the 24th to the 27th February 2017 (during Milan fashion week) in Halls 3 and 4 of Fieramilano City. In order to be ready for the debut of the new trade fair, Mipap gives up on its next obligation, canceling the edition of September 2016. “The integration of the two events will offer companies of the leather and fur industries another opportunity to raise awareness for their brands in the market – says Norberto Albertalli, president of Mifur – because the show will be every six months. Until now Mifur presented collections only during the winter fair, but in fact more than a third of the exhibitors also prepares summer collections “. Corrado Peraboni, CEO of Fiera Milano adds: “This agreement fits the perspective of the “rationalization process” of the fair system promoted by the Ministry of Economic Development”.
