A leather takeover of the sneaker. In the spotlight, we find its famous, and, for the first one, inedited, collaborations. The former, between Prada and Adidas, while the latter between Supreme and Nike. Both cases see leather as the protagonist.
Prada and Adidas
The collaboration debut is represented by the Prada Superstar model. It is a completely white version of the iconic Adidas Superstar. At their side, Prada Bowling, a sports review edition of Prada’s Bowling Bag. The two accessories are part of the Prada for Adidas Limited Edition pack. The edition is limited: 700 pieces, identified by a unique serial number. It will be available from December 4 on the online platforms of the two brands and in selected Prada stores. The price has not yet been revealed. Each piece is made by Prada in Italy. And it’s made with leather.
Supreme and Nike
The Supreme and Nike capsule collection is an all-leather sporty one, too. Created exclusively for Supreme, the Nike collection features a windbreaker made of high quality cowhide leather. The other products launched (++ all in cowhide ++) are a baseball shirt, warming-up pants, and a travel bag. The Supreme x Nike Fall 2019 collection will be available in Supreme stores and online on November 29th, and in Japan on November 30th.
