The future is Lineapelle: A New Point of Materials returns

The next frontier of sustainability is responsible innovation. A frontier to which Lineapelle 99, February 22-24, will make a further qualitative leap. How? By hosting the second edition of A New Point of Materials. That is: “the space, imagined and built in collaboration with C.L.A.S.S. Ecohub and Orietta Pelizzari, where to host and present an evolved, contemporary and futuristic idea of sustainability“. In short: the future is Lineapelle.

The future is Lineapelle

“A New Point Of Materials,” Lineapelle explains, “is a new generation exhibition tool. It allows all stakeholders in the fashion and luxury chain to discover and learn about the concrete green journey of leather, textile materials and technologies from the point of view of responsible innovation”. The future at Lineapelle, therefore, “comes in a new, richer and more articulated version“. Above all, “designed to satisfy the interest of visitors who are increasingly involved in the search for innovative, responsible and highly creative technologies, materials and products”. Considering, then, that all this points straight towards “a new concept of customisation”, A New Point of Materials will have at its side (also in terms of layout) the Manufacturing Technology space, curated by D-House by Dyloan.

A new language

“The consolidated green mission of Lineapelle – explains Fulvia Bacchi, CEO of Lineapelle – finds in the project A New Point of Materials its expression more oriented to research and to the future of the supply chain”. But also, “to the elaboration of a language that goes beyond what has become the habit of trivialising sustainability“. A language that “allows everyone,” comments Giusy Bettoni of C.L.A.S.S. Ecohub, “to easily understand the values associated with leathers, materials and technologies with proven authenticity. Because responsible innovation does not and cannot have an end, and its value is the basis of a contemporary business”.

In search of facts

“The future is A New Point of Materials,” says Orietta Pelizzari, “a future that shows how doing research means discovering innovations, manipulations and technological, manual and responsible applications. The international consumer demands responsible innovative ideas. Designers are looking for facts. A New Point of Materials is the answer to those who do research consciously and, above all, want to understand”. A wide-ranging understanding, as Loreto Di Rienzo (D-House by Dyloan) concludes: “A New Point of Materials is the exclusive space to showcase the unique activity of integrating supply chain design, technological manufacturing, know-how and responsible innovation.”
