Leather and acquisitions
Crest Leather’s operation is the last of a long serier of acquisitions that have involved Italian tanneries even during this (complex) year. The most recent one was dated July 30th, 2020, when Conceria Gaiera was sold to French brand Chanel. A month before Rino Mastrotto Group (Veneto-based) had finalized the acquisition of Tuscan tannery Nuova Osba.
