After applying a + 20% to its price lists in late November, Lanxess announced that products based on chromium, such as Baychrom and Chromosomal, will see a further 10% rise in their price with immediate effect. With a press release, the German chemical giant said that the Leather Division “is forced to take for the second time this decision because of a new rise of chromite prices.”
