Milan Women’s Fashion to kick off: 156 fashion shows, new suggestions and runways in streaming

Milan Fashion Week is about to start today. The agenda is full of events, which are going on until February 26th. Throughout the week they will present 156 collections (64 fashion shows and 92 presentations) for Fall/Winter 2018/19 Women’s Fashion. On the agenda tomorrow Moncler and Tommy Hilfiger, something new on Milan’s runways. Emilio Pucci is definitely coming back, and, for the first time, we are expecting Erika Cavallini, Francesca Liberatore and Christian Pellizzari collections on parade. The last two of them will make their fashion shows thanks to support given by the National Chamber of Italian Fashion. For the records, the Chamber also backs up several young talented designers, such as Angel Chen, Brognano, Lucio Vanotti, Ricostru and Ujoh. Not to mention Tiziano Guardini, who has won the Franca Sozzani GCC Award for Best Emerging Designer 2017: he is going to present his collection, in static mode, at Spazio Cavallerizze. Many collateral events will take place during the week: for example, a dedicatory exhibition on fashion, named “ITALIANA: Italy pictured by fashion 1971-2001”, promoted by CNMI while celebrating 60 years since their foundation. You may watch the Milan Fashion Week live on milanomodadonna.it website and see, in streaming, the fashion runways, as well as videos and photo galleries of the collections, through the CNMI App and social networks.
