Wollsdorf Leder is flying with Diamond Aircraft, as they sealed the deal on provision for 100 airplanes

The earliest 35 stocks are due to be delivered in 2018. According to the partnership deal, sealed by both parties, Austrian Wollsdorf Leder tannery is going to supply materials for the interiors of 100 two-engined airplanes made by Diamond Aircraft. “Our major plant, located in Wollsdorf, will manufacture light leather for aircrafts – points out general manager Andreas Kindemann -, whereas Wollsdorf Components, in Croatia, will attend to Cut and Sew”. As a matter of fact, pleasure aircraft and leather do mix: “High-quality interiors go hand in hand with what we offer – adds Xenia Schinzel, Head of Materials at Diamond Aircraft -. We want to keep our partnership alive”. Apparently, Wollsdorf Leder and Diamond Aircraft have already talked about leather provision for single-engined, with 5 seats, DA50 airplanes.
