Lifestyle Design buys Luxury Living Group

Luxury Living Group develops, manufactures and distributes collections of high-end furniture for international luxury brands. Some of the collaborations are with Fendi, Bentley, Trussardi, Bugatti and Baccarat. All brands use quality leather as the top-level material. As reported by ifdm, the company founded by Alberto Vignatelli (who passed away in 2017), will continue to have the current management: Roberto Spada (president), Olga Shvilli-Vignatelli (vice-president) and Renato Preti (CEO).

Reopening and new openings

The first actions on the to-do list are to reopen the showrooms in Paris and London. Additionally, the San Francisco one is set to open soon thereafter. Dario Rinero’s short-term objective (Lifestyle Design’s CEO), is to balance the group’s financial situation via the restructuring and consequent reduction of the debt. With this acquisition, Lifestyle Design’s potential revenue increases to 550 million euro. The group now reaches the dimension of Design Holding, company owned by Investindustrial and Carlyle, which includes, among others, B&B Italia, Flos and Louis Poulsen.
