LVMH is looking to hire young workers
While it’s true that LVMH is looking for new young employees, it’s also true that the same population is looking for opportunities in LVMH. For 16 years, the group led by the Arnault family, has been in 1st place in the Universum list of most attractive companies for French business schools. To support this hiring plan, LVMH is strengthening its action plan “Craft the future“, for all its employees, as well as launching various initiatives that give new hires access to training and work.
One of the main action implemented has to do with the group’s online internal platform, available on INSIDELVMH.com for young people all around the world (which will open on September 28th). More initiatives are planned for artisans and retail positions, thanks to the program “Métiers d’Excellence”, which has an event scheduled to take place on October 19th.
The now Institut des Métiers d’Excellence is present in 6 countries: France, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, Japan and Germany, where it recently opened. The institute trains workers in 27 specialized professions that can be categorized in 3 areas: design, craftsmanship and sales. Moreover, LVMH will continue its 12 partnerships with top universities in France and abroad. And last but not least, after the success during 2020 (4,000 young workers registered), the digital event “Start your Journey with LVMH” will be repeated for a 2nd edition.
