The world meets up in Milan: Lineapelle, the most dynamic business experience in the global leather industry, kicks off on Wednesday

The global market which is going to show up at Lineapelle96, scheduled on Wednesday, February 20, the day after tomorrow, is currently facing a difficult situation, quite lacklustre. Such scenario demands for the opening of new potential opportunities rather than solutions. The most important business experience in the global leather industry is ready to open its exhibiting stands: it will go on until Friday, February 22, as a landmark, of paramount importance, for the leather industry and, around it, for fashion, accessories and luxury business. Lineapelle96, which will extend across about 47,500 square metres, is going to welcome 1,255 exhibitors, among tanneries, accessories and components, synthetics and fabrics (62% of them are Italians, 38% are coming from 45 different countries). Over 20,000 visitors are expected to turn up at the fair; in addition to them, a few groups of foreign representatives (supported by MISE and ICE Agency), coming from the United Kingdom, Russia, France, China, the United States, Japan and Turkey. Such outstanding figures mirror the importance of this event: according to a survey carried out by Euromedia Research (they achieved it during last edition, which took place on 25-27 September 2018), 92,2% of interviewees considered Lineapelle to be “a great successful event”, most of all with regard to the “high standard of meetings and encounters – as pointed out in a press release issued by Lineapelle –. Because of it, over 96% of attendees proved to be very happy about the exhibition: more specifically, they enjoyed such a wide range of collections and products on display, matched with quality supplied by exhibitors. Just to recap, 92% of visitors will take part in the next editions for sure, therefore confirming Lineapelle’s enhancement as a peculiar and unique event”. You can’t miss it, as the present and the future of the whole leather industry walk across its stands.
